The Senate just passed Trump’s so-called One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a name as dishonest as the bill itself. Now the House votes next, likely on Thursday, July 3, and we have just days to act.

Here’s what this bill actually does:

• Kicks over 17 million Americans off their health insurance

• Slashes SNAP benefits by 30%, putting 2 million kids at risk of losing food assistance

• Eliminates Pell Grants for millions of students and eliminates student loan forgiveness programs

• Raises insurance premiums by tens of thousands of dollars and bankrupts rural hospitals

• Establishes ICE as the nation’s largest law enforcement agency

• Strips essential environmental protections and clean energy incentives, while hiking the cost of your energy bills and increasing the likelihood of electrical blackouts in what amounts to a love letter to big oil and coal

• And adds $3.8 trillion to the national debt to fund tax breaks for billionaires and corporations

This is the largest wealth transfer to the top 1% in U.S. history and it’s happening at the expense of nearly everyone else.
